　　原為一家高端商務會所，經營單位為中欣集團，借助高爾夫及銀保通和商務酒店等業務聚集了眾多知名高端客戶。此次定位為高端、智能、舒適為主題，是北京第一家全智能餐飲會所。設計理念：此次裝修風格以簡潔大氣的國際化風格為主導，室內功能分布有， 多功能宴會廳、中餐包房、西餐包房、紅酒品酒坊、KTV包房及發布大廳。全部為智能化操作，室內沒有傳統開關面板，全部操作均采用IPAD平板電腦控制，包括空調、環境燈光、空氣質量、窗簾控制、點餐、點歌以及潔具門窗等均為智能化產品。
